  PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!! Took over a freaking hour before the waitress (bartender) even checked on our food. We finally decided to get it to go, having a two year old screaming because he is hungry, doesn't help. This JUST happened TODAY. We LITERALLY just left. It's amazing how fast our food came out in to go boxes when it wasn't even ready for OVER an HOUR. NEVER AGAIN! If the workers would work instead of talking to each other-YES I WATCHED THIS TODAY-it wouldn't be bad.$44 for crap!!!! So upset & the "manager" disappeared before I caught him. About right.

  Wow!! This is our favorite date night go to. But today, I finally went beef instead of chicken or fish, and let me tell ya- the steak kabobs , medium well was the best!! Service is great in Alexandria, LA , food is great , fast service.. what can u say. Must visit!!

  We came here after seeing the high rating that it had after leaving another restaurant because of poor service. We got in and were seated pretty quick and it was downhill after that. Our server was just terrible, she spent more time taking care of friend/family(not sure which one) and pretty much ignored us the whole time. Our food took quite a while to get to the table while her friend/family got theirs quickly even though they came in 10 minutes after we did, a different server brought out our food; which was cold; all of our steaks were cooked wrong also.

  Restroom was awful; halfway through our meal the music was turned up to the point it was impossible to have a conversation without shouting. The noise level kept increasing as customers tried to speak to each other over the "music". Food was good but unable to enjoy the meal due to the racket.
