  Called in a to-go order, arrived at the time they said it would be ready to find out they were out of part of our order. Waited 30 minutes on them to fix something to replace it while our other food got cold. Got home to find multiple things missing and wrong and most of what was there was cold. Called to tell them how terrible everything turned out and their way of making it up to us was to give us all the items we were missing on our next visit plus 25% off our next bill. Ridiculous! They were polite but offering to give us all these random sides that we were missing tonight with our next order just doesn't make sense. I can't imagine I will be giving them my business again.

  Front of house was incredibly nice and we were seated promptly. Our waitress was great as well. Our order was taken quickly and placed with the kitchen. Apparently the kitchen is a disaster. They took ages to get the order out (40 minutes) and it was wrong. You can't do much when the kitchen can't prep food in a timely manner. Many tables that arrived after received their food first. I don't expect much from chili's. But this experience was dismal.
